Working Hour
- Monday - Saturday, 6 Days per week.
- Time: 8am-5pm/ 4pm-12am/ 12am-8am
SALARY
- Salary 200$ - 350$
- Salary vary depend on experience
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Handle incoming requests from customers to ensure that issues are resolved.
- Respond quickly and promptly with good grammar, punctuation and attention to detail.
- Report new technical issues to the development team (NEW PROBLEM & NEGATIVE COMMENT LOG).
- Always Note down feedback negative customer’s experience and point of view, then report to immediate responsible team of superior.
- Prompt customers who have had a positive interaction to share their experiences in a review or social media.
- Organize workflow to meet customer satisfaction criteria.
- Direct requests and unresolved issues to the designated Direct Superior or Team Leader.
- Fill out Daily Report as required and send to directly to Direct Superior.
- Follow Customer Verbiage Guideline is a must
- Gather customer information (CUSTOMER CLIENT LOG), access and fulfill customer needs,
- Stay ACTIVE, answering and/or participate in Company’s Chat group.
- Perform other duties, as assigned on TO-DO-LIST directed by Direct Manager
- Follow Assigned Work Schedule and Always be punctual.
- Attend weekly Mandatory meeting as required by Top Management.Follow
- SOP of the company Promptly
- This position is required to work on holidays and weekend, as per preset-schedule.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor Degree of Business, Sales & Marketing, elevant qualification
- Good Knowledge of using Smart Phone iOS & Android.
- Able to use basic computer skills (MS Office, Internet and Email);
- Strong knowledge of customer behavior
- Strong team work and friendly
- Ability to maintain a friendly disposition under pressure.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Good command of English language in both speaking and writing is preferred (Chinese is a plus);
- Hard-working, smart, flexible, honest and fast learner.
This position is required to work on holidays and weekend Pre-Scheduled.
