Positions: Assistant Marketing Manager

Working Hour
  • Monday - Saturday, 6 Days per week.
  • Time: 8am-5pm
  • Salary 400$ - 600$
  • Salary vary depend on experiences

  • Overseeing and report activities on all social media and communication channels
  • Assist in Planning, managing and overseeing marketing campaign and events.
  • Assist Manager to Implement the business development and marketing strategy;
  • Assist in all marketing activities within the marketing department.
  • Developing the marketing strategy for the company in line with company objectives.
  • Coordinating marketing campaigns with sales activities.
  • Overseeing the company’s marketing budget.
  • Participate in creation and publication of all marketing material in line with marketing plans.
  • Planning and implementing promotional campaigns.
  • Planning and overseeing online and print marketing campaigns.
  • Monitor and report on effectiveness of marketing communications.
  • Work closely with Graphic Designer and Marketing Team.
  • Creating a wide range of different marketing materials.
  • Working closely with design agencies and assisting with new campaign and events
  • Maintain effective internal communications to ensure that all relevant company functions are kept informed of marketing objectives.
  • Analyse potential strategic partner relationships for company marketing.
  • Plan concepts by studying relevant information and materials;
  • Achieve sales target and profit based on company direction
  • Strategically Maintain key customer and expand customer base;
  • Identify and develop new customer opportunities
  • Good problem solving within Department
  • Analyze and evaluate the competitors’ products or services
  • Any other tasks as deemed necessary and assigned by Marketing Manger
  • Follow guideline brief by marketing Manager assigned.

  1. At least 2 year experiences in digital marketing; 
  2. Graduated Bachelor Degree on related field or experience
  3. Good command of written and verbal Khmer and English (verbal & written Vietnam and/or Chinese is a Plus)
  4. Have a good interpersonal skill and honesty;
  5. Computer literacy in Microsoft office applications
  6. Well appearance and good interaction skills
  7. Dynamic and pleasant personality
  8. Hard-working, able to work under pressure on deadline.
