The Loan Recovery Officer is responsible for delinquency management,
minimize Non-Performing Loan ( NPL ) through on going monitor Portfolio
At Risk ( PAR ) clients’ situation, find out solution, addressing late
payments as well as late payment collection.
Job Responsibilities
- Oversee PAR clients on daily basis, prioritize and identify real root cause of portfolio at risk and work out with debtors, local authorities, and lawyer for bad debt collection
- Conduct regular follow up with clients through phone calls, home visit, or written correspondences
- Prepare regular reports on status of collection, home/customer visits
- Minimize Non-Performing Loan (NPL).
- Administrative and general business operations
Job Requirement
- Buy-in with First Finance vision, mission and goal
- At least Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field and at least 2 years of experience in related field
- Knowledge on communication, negotiation, and problem solving
- Possess honesty, initiative, flexibility, and commitment,
- Computer literate (Word, Excel and Email )
