It has grown rapidly since its inception and is currently working to ensure its communications reflecting the excellence of its results and the innovation of its programs. To support this development, CCF is currently looking for a dynamic and exciting candidate to fill the position of Grants Administrator.
About “Grants Administrator”
Reporting to the Grants Manager, this position is responsible for a range of administrative support to all members of the Grants Team and supporting international fundraising offices, including internal coordination and communication in regards to proposal development for new grant applications and evaluation reports on active grant and donor projects. This will involve a systematic approach to controlling the schedule and administrative functions for generating content, feedback and analysis to current donors and potential new donors. The role will liaise with multiple internal personnel in gathering and collating all required data, upholding strict deadlines and content criteria. The role will mainly assist in the tracking and administration of the grants pipeline with some support for CCF’s global fundraising initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
- Work in a highly systematic way to support the Grants Coordinators in generation of content for new fundraising proposals and existing benefactors in regards to the impact of their donations;
- Maintain accurate data on grant pipeline;
- Control the production schedule of high quality fundraising proposals and grant evaluation reports.
- Archiving and cataloguing fundraising proposals and grant evaluation reports and disseminating content with internal personnel where appropriate, including the maintenance of a content ‘library’ to ensure CCF is presented accurately as possible by our externally facing departments;
- Office Management: to make sure office well-arranged and clean as well as maintaining and replenishing unit stationary and office supplies (including printers, scanner and telephones) including updating team diaries with meetings, visits and other important deadlines.
Qualifications
- Degree in related subject.
- Highly competent oral and written English communication skills with an appropriate level of IT skills (MS Office at a minimum) to control the timely production of donor evaluation reports;
- Quality management: demonstrated attention to detail to enable ongoing integrity of data;
- Organized: Demonstrated ability to coordinate procedures and conversations with multiple stakeholders while successfully managing conflicting deadlines and priorities.
- One year of working experience in similar work.
- Clear thinking and sound interpersonal skills: Ability to understand and resolve communication complexities and dilemmas, working to engage various stakeholders in the development of content for successful business development and donor relations;
- Strong relationship management skills: able to build and manage relationships and work harmoniously with internal stakeholders at all levels and backgrounds, able to be assertive when needed.
- A visible desire to make a positive difference in an NGO working with some of the most impoverished young people in Cambodia;
- Endorsed ‘Working with Children’ screening required.
