Seeing significant growth of demand in accounting profession and recent law enforcement of accounting & taxation in Cambodia SMEs, we have found the need professional of accountant to understand “How to become a competent Accountant”. This workshop will provide the participants to understand and advance their professional skill in several points such as: demonstate the important role of accountant in the business and demand of accounting in regional & global market.
Main objectives are :
- Sharing best practices of becoming a competent accountant by demonstrating key challenges, key solution, and motivation to reach the career goal.
- Sharing a structure of career development of Accounting and Finance Manager within 5-year (Vision, Passion and Action).
- Sharing key valued added skill that is required by each Accounting profession, and Accounting Manager.
