Phnom Penh Commercial Bank (PPCB) is a licensed Bank operating in Cambodia since 2008 and offers a full range of retail and commercial banking products and services. Now we are looking for high quality motivated candidates to fill in the different positions in our bank for more branches expansion with the details as follows:

Marketing Officer (2 Positions based in Phnom Penh)

Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Setup and implement sales and marketing strategy.
• Coordinates with all departments for designing, production and concept testing of sales and marketing tools and materials.
• Manages sales team to drive sale volume to meet annual target.
• Coordinates successful execution of marketing projects, through media, and distribution channels.
• Develops and controls annual budget for Sales and Marketing Unit.
• Other Tasks assigned by Manger.

Education and Experience Requirements:

1. Degree in Sales and Marketing or equivalent
2. At least 2 year work experience in banking, business development, branding, or public relation,
3. Knowledge in banking & finance activities, designing program package is preferable
4. Fluent English, both spoken and written
5. Creative, dynamic, flexible, self-direct and self-motivated team player
6. Committed, hard-working, and honest individual
7. Willing to work under pressure
8. Ability to speak Korean, Japanese, and Chinese is a plus.
