To support the development, CCF is currently looking for a qualified candidate to fill the position of Digital Communications Coordinator.
The Digital Communications Coordinator is responsible for assisting with the updating and development of the website and developing and managing social media communities, blogs and email campaigns for Cambodian Children's Fund, and its various programs. CCF operates in Cambodia through strong support relationship development and fundraising businesses in USA, Australia, UK, and HK. It has grown rapidly since its inception. To support the development, CCF is currently looking for a qualified candidate to fill the position of Digital Communications Coordinator.
Position Title : Digital Communication Coordinator (01 Person)
Report to : Marketing & Communication Manager
Contract : One year contract with possibility to extend
Key liaison : Marketing and communications manager, founder and executive director, international offices
Closing Date : 25 August 2017
Key Responsibilities:
- Contribute to develop Marketing and Communications strategies for CCF as a whole.
- Develop and manage internal policies and procedures of all social content.
- Develop and oversee the execution of all of CCF's social media initiatives; including developing content to generate awareness and engagement, growing CCF's audiences and producing digital campaigns;
- Act as a voice of CCF across the digital landscape, executing daily postings on social media platforms, engaging in conversations with multiple audiences and distributing content with external communities;
- Develop, regularly monitor & update CCF website to ensure its content, blogs, news and images are updated
- Measure impact of digital platforms and online campaigns by collecting data and producing reports as required to evaluate the effectiveness of social media programs.
- Maintain working knowledge of all news and events, and ensuring accurate information
- Promote contents in CCF’s various social media platforms that aligns with CCF’s strategic organizational and marketing goals
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree or equivalent in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations or related field.
- High knowledge of several social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter and Instagram, and preferably have experience with Wordpress additionally;
- At least 3 years professional experience in a communication and media role, with demonstrated successes in implementation communication strategies
- Experience of practical journalism, communications, media relations combined with the national and international development areas, especially in educational issues
- Excellent written and vocal language skills, in particular writing in a passionate, engaging voice
- Good Interpersonal and communication skills and the ability work in a team successful. Ability to form successful professional relationships with local and international colleagues;
- Bilingual English/ Khmer. Superior oral and written communication skills in English and able to communicate stories and news in an engaging manners.
- Experience using the WordPress CMS is preferred
