Phnom Penh Commercial Bank (PPCB) is a licensed Bank operating in Cambodia since 2008 and offers a full range of retail and commercial banking products and services. Now we are looking for high quality motivated candidates to fill in the different positions in our bank for more branches expansion with the details as follows:
Customer Satisfaction Professional (2 positions based in Phnom Penh)

Job Responsibilities:
  • Achieves customer service objectives by contributing customer service information and recommendations to bank operation staff.
  • Overlook, control and update daily morning customer service practice both Phnom Penh Branches and Provincial Branches
  • Will be responsible to perform basic troubleshooting of problems and devise solutions to both customer and staff operation;
  • Determines customer service requirements by maintaining contact with good customers; visiting operational environments; conducting surveys; forming focus groups; benchmarking best practices; analyzing information and applications.
  • Improves customer service quality results by studying, evaluating, and re-designing processes; establishing and communicating service metrics; monitoring and analyzing results; implementing changes.
  • Maximizes customer operational performance by providing help desk resources and technical advice; resolving problems; disseminating advisories, warnings, and new techniques; detecting and diagnosing network problems to prevent and attract customer

Education and Experience Requirements:
  1. Degree in Hospitality, Finance and Banking, Marketing or equivalent professional qualifications;
  2. Local Candidate is priority;
  3. Minimum of 5 years in a customer support role;
  4. Creative, dynamic, flexible, self-direct and self-motivated team player;
  5. Excellent in English communication & Interpersonal Skills;
  6. Good command of speaking other languages is a plus;
  7. Computer literacy;
  8. Keeping calm and remaining tactful under pressure is a must and a bright personality that will make stand out from the crowd was included
