Pour un Sourire d’ Enfant (PSE) or For a Child’s Smile is a non-profit organization and founded by Christian and Marie-France des Pallières, was established since 1995 in Cambodia. PSE’s mission is to help the most marginalised and debrided children escape from destitution and lead them to decent, skilled and well remunerated jobs. PSE has six main programmes adapted to the needs of the children, those programmes include: food, health, protection, education and schooling, vocational training, and helping families. PSE employs more than 600 employees and provides help to more than 6,500 children and 3000 families. We are operating in Phnom Penh, Sihanouk Ville and Siem Reap. We are looking for qualified candidates for the positions below.
Partnership Officer (This position is fixed-term contract, based in Phnom Penh)
S/he will directly communicate with private companies and NGOs communities in Cambodia on PSE behalf to look for internship opportunities for students and at the same time for funds to support PSE’s activities. Also, s/he will support the communication and fundraising team to organize fundraising activities.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Public Relation:
- Develop good relations and diplomacy by following up/feedback with companies and sponsors;
- Spread all the communication and fundraising tools to promote PSE’s image;
- Invite potential donors/companies to visit program and get to know PSE’s activities;
- Be informed the possible cooperation and support from companies to PSE’s programs;
- Be a strong referral person between companies and PSE;
- Develop and build a network of mutual trust with key individuals and groups, social or formal meetings and sharing of information.
- Participate in events organized by the PSE or with stakeholders to raise awareness of PSE’s activities;
- Extant more collaboration between PSE and outsiders;
- Keep an up-to-date company’s profile and history of prospect and client in a database;
- Develop proposal for activities fundraising to support PSE’s programs or personalize our proposal based on their interest;
- Invite the prospect companies to be PSE’s partner through many areas of collaboration;
- Organize a warm reception of donation with appreciation letter from PSE;
- Develop relationships with companies that are built on mutual trust. Make them feel part of PSE’s activities and family;
- Facilitate and make sure that the fundraising campaign organized by PSE or outsider has been apply properly;
- Participate in organizing events/campaigns with PSE Event Committee and take care of company’s representative;
- Work closely with standard companies and partner in order to find quality places for student’s internship and job placement;
- Seek for other opportunities of cooperation;
- Facilitate the company/donor visit in PSE center and communities when necessary;
- Develop final or mid-term reports, which reflect the monitored donations;
- Develop report for sponsor after organizing events or campaigns;
- Send a report to our donors after accomplishing the activity or after receiving their donations.
- Feedback/follow up with companies or sponsors;
- Seek to mobilize support from individual and group through fundraising activities for benefit to PSE;
- Develop/implement creative and innovative ideas for stimulating donors’ interest in PSE’s programs;
- Present PSE activities in order to find regular sponsor in Cambodia;
- Invite potential companies or individual to support and involve PSE’s fundraising events/campaigns or other possible opportunities that match together;
- Find scholarships for Vocational Training student from companies;
- Develop agreements, proposals, events, campaigns and others formal paperwork for specific donors in order to raise fund to support PSE’s programs;
- Promote PSE’s programs, projects and services include Lotus Blanc restaurant, PSE Souvenir Shop etc.
QUALIFICATION
EDUCATION BACKGROUND
- A Bachelor degree in public relation and communication or equivalent degree
- At lease 3 years working experience in related to public relation
- Good interpersonal skill, enthusiastic and challenging
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work in a multi-cultural context
- Computer literacy (Ms Office, Internet & Social Media)
- Good level of Khmer and English (Spoken & written)

- Have good personal & professional attitude
- Be honest and Self confident
