Job Title : Corporate Ticketing Executive
Status : Permanent
Salary Range : Up to USD 4**
Job Description :
- Handling all technical and administrative processes such as reservations for air ticket, hotel, tour and visa applications.
- Ability to manage special interest groups and cater to clients who require personalized solutions
- Responsible for all incoming and outgoing inquiries and ensuring timely correspondence with clients
- Management of Amadeus booking system
- Keeping up to date with the newest popular destinations, itineraries and products on the market
- Issuing of invoice for corporate clients and management of Amadeus booking system
Job Requirement :
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Admin. / Tourism or equivalent
- 2 year(s) of working experience in the travel industry will be an added advantage
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and fluency in both English and Chinese required in order to interact with stakeholders
- Familiar with Amadeus Systems is highly advantageous
- Experience in B2B customer service role
- Outgoing and articulate
