Managing
Compensations and Benefits give structure to the workplace, define what
employees are responsible for and give both parties necessary direction for
resolving workplace conflict in term of compensations and benefits. The
course are primarily designed to keep workers in Cambodia understanding and
make sure they are treated fairly, although laws, policies are in place to
protect employers’ interests as well. By this, HR personnel in all levels
should have clear understanding about such law to avoid any employers or
employees’ misconduct or irresponsibility. Full employment compliance to the
law brings about the companies better branding as well.
The
certificate course in Managing Compensations and Benefits spent approximately
16 hours, OR is offered a 2-day period. The course is based on a
participatory, active learning approach, group discussions. An Action Guide
for Managing Compensations and Benefits, by Ms. You Bory. Participants will
receive a Certificate of Participation upon successful completion of the
course. The maximum number of participants is 20.

Ms.
You Bory is the Managing Director for Top Talent Consulting and
is responsible for the consultancy strategies and daily business development.
She has been a veteran executive in the banking industry for over 16 years
and with in-depth expertise in human resource and talent management. She has
held senior position for Canadia Bank PLC, a leading financial institution in
Cambodia. Her direct experience in human resource and talent management will
help clients in KPI planning for performance management and evaluation,
reward/ recognition and customized training program to grow the company. She
has a Master’s degree in Finance and Bachelor’s degree in Business Management
from the National University of Management, Phnom Penh. She is also the
Cambodia Master Trainer for the Certified Behavioral and Career Consultant,
Instructor of Job & Career Transition Coach, Job & Career Development
Coach. You Bory has engaged in social activities through her leadership roles
in JCI Cambodia as 2015 President of JCI Phnom Penh Chapter as well as 2016
Board of Directors and National Vice President of JCI Cambodia. She is also a
Vice Chairperson of Capacity Building committee of Young Entrepreneur
Association Cambodia (YEAC).
