Cambodia Labor Laws for HR Professionals
|
|
23-24
April 2017 (Time: 8 am-5 pm, Language: Khmer)
|
|
Labor
and employment laws give structure to the workplace, define what employees
and employers are responsible for and give both parties necessary direction
for resolving workplace conflict. Cambodian labor law are primarily designed
to keep workers in Cambodia safe and make sure they are treated fairly,
although laws are in place to protect employers’ interests as well. By this,
HR personnel in all levels should have clear understanding about such law to
avoid any employers or employees’ misconduct or irresponsibility. Full
employment compliance to the law brings about the companies better branding
as well.
