Goodhill Enterprise (Cambodia) Ltd., a Singapore-based sales and distribution company in Cambodia since 1993, is currently seeking dynamic, self-motivated and dedicated candidates to fill various positions below to join our team and contribute to driving our business forward.

Position:Trade and Marketing Executive (Phnom Penh)

Main Responsibilities

• Assist Trade & Marketing Manager (TMM) to develop the activation/demand creation project
• Implement the field activation works which are included events, sampling, road show, etc.
• Monitor and reporting the effectiveness of the undertaken activation programs
• Recruitment, train, supervises the activation crew
• Travel to deep rural for short and long time when the project requires
• Manage and control logistic and route plan of the operational team
• Assist and coordinate with the pathfinder to formulate the route plan and also to obtain the permit license from the local authority when needed
• Execute and monitor the display program to ensure display guideline is followed and display incentive has been paid to customers
• Make sure all the targeted categories/SKUs are available at the right channel
• Solve problem, complaint, or enquiry from customers
• Other tasks will be assigned by the TMM

Job Requirements

• Bachelor degree of Marketing, business management or related fields
• Fresh graduate, welcome to apply.
• Well discipline, Good communication, negotiation and problem solving skills
• Able to work in a team and has strong interpersonal skills
• Proactive, Result-oriented, initiative, hardworking, confident, and honest
• Good knowledge of English
• PC literate (Ms. Office, adobe Photoshop/Corel draw), internet and e-mail
• Willing to work under pressure and overtime.
