Goodhill Enterprise (Cambodia) Ltd., a Singapore-based sales and distribution company in Cambodia since 1993, is currently seeking dynamic, self-motivated and dedicated candidates to fill various positions below to join our team and contribute to driving our business forward.
Position: HR Admin Executive (Phnom Penh)
- Assist to build effective recruitment to get the right people and within recruitment lead time.
- Assist to conduct induction program for new staff (non-management levels).
- Assist and facilitate the performance evaluation process for non-management levels.
- Assist and facilitate training preparation/design for non-management levels.
- Maintain good working environment and discipline in regard to what is meant by “Great Place To Work”.
- Perform data entry into Human Resource Management System (HRMS) and ensure that all relevant data are up-to-date to produce accurate and timely reports.
- Filing employee information into personnel file as well as manage employee profile in both hard and soft copy and ensure that compliance documents are in place.
- Process monthly payment for utilities and other related expenses.
- Monitor staff discipline in the workplace and performance corrective actions as needed.
- Participate in employee engagement activities.
- Perform other relevant tasks as needed.
- Bachelor degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or other related field.
- Knowledge of Cambodia labor law.
- At least 2 years working experiences in HR field preferably from FMCG industry.
- Computer literate: Ms Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook, Internet & Email.
- Good written and spoken in English.
- Good interpersonal, facilitation and coordination skills.
- Strong advisory/negotiation/counseling skills.
- Excellent time-management skills and be able to plan and prioritize own work under tight deadline.
- Willing to travel to provinces when needed.
