And now Parkson will be launching its first department store in Cambodia at the late of 2016 and is seeking the following talented candidates for serving our expansion plan. Job title: Security Supervisor

SUMMARY
Be responsible for (1) monitoring, checking security activities, (2) rules and regulations, (3) Customer service, and (4) house keeping.

KEY DUTIES
1. Monitor, check security activities.

• Implement all security plans and procedures in Parkson store to prevent loss, theft, robbery of company premises.
• Investigate security beaches, shoplifting if needed.
• Check, handle and solve emergency situations to prevent loss, theft, robbery of company assets.
• Handover shift 15 minutes in advance.
• Arrange security position on duty.
• Supervise security guards, house detective and Thanh Long security guards in implementing security policy procedures.
• Check, ensure security systems such as: fire-fighting system, fire alarm, EAS (Electrical Article Surveillance), camera, lighting system, and elevator are in good condition.
• Open and close entrance and exit doors.
• Submit daily shift report.
• Cooperate closely with local government agencies, related offices such as: local police, Department of fire-fighting.

Requirements: Investigations are under the law and company rules and regulations. Security activities are smoothly run. Efficient staffs on duty. Well maintained security systems and ready to use. Doors are opened and closed on time. All kind of reports are submitted on time.

2. Rules and Regulations

• Follow all working procedures, the company’s policies, rules and regulations.

Requirements: Execute the company’s policies, rules and regulations.

 

3. Management

• Assign and monitor subordinates on duties.
• Regularly train and motivate subordinates in daily works: Appraise staff’s performance and handle staff’s grievances and complains from internal and external customers.

Requirements: Efficient staff on duty, professional in security services, willing to work with integrity. Appraisal result is evaluated accurately, fair with staff’s performance. Staff’s grievances are solved within the competence. Staff turnover is at minimum level.

4. Other duties

• Support to other store operations activities as required.
• Other tasks or responsibilities as assigned by Chief of Security

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS REQUIREMENT

1. 25 years old or older
2. Graduated college or equivalent.
3. Have certificate in security services
4. Be able to work at shift
5. Good health.
6. Management skill: At least 1 years experience at management level.
7. Leadership skill: Ability to lead by example.
8. To be an honest, punctual and friendly person.
9. English ability: Be able to fulfill all kind of forms.
10. Service orientation: Actively looking for ways to help people, develop services.
11. Reasoning ability: Ability to definite problems. Ability to solve practical problems and deal with difficult situations.
12. Acts with Integrity: Demonstrates responsible and honest behavior in all Parkson roles, tasks, and responsibilities
