Parkson store in Malaysia started in 1987 and it has grown steadily to become the largest department store chain in Malaysia. It has over 125 department stores in Asia Countries. And now Parkson will be launching its first department store in Cambodia at the late of 2016 and is seeking the following talented candidates for serving our expansion plan. Job title: Customer Service Assistant


Be responsible for (1) customer service, (2) house keeping, (3) sales and profits, (4) rules and regulations.

1. Customer Services
  • Ensure high standard of customer services.
  • Handle all customers' queries, complains and goods return with utmost courtesy and patience.
  • Communicate with other departments and management to resolve problem even when handling unpleasant customers and expedite work.
  • Be able to communicate clearly.
  • Handle in the best interest of both customer and company.
  • Be willing to build a long-term relationship with the customers.
  • Make announcement, play music, and promotion clips timely.
  • Be responsible for selling all promotion items in good manner.
  • Prepare, submits reports and records such as daily reports, using VAT invoice reports.
Requirements: Satisfy all customers’ needs, no complains from customers. All kind of reports submitted on time, customer service activities are smoothly run.

3. House Keeping
  • Clean, maintain customer service area and daily house keeping duties.
  • Maintain and keep page ring system in good condition.
Requirements: Goods and Receiving area is free of dust, well arranged, tidy, neat and in proper area.

4. Rules and Regulations
  • Follow all working procedures, the company’s policies, rules and regulations.
Requirements: Execute the company’s policies, rules and regulations.

5. Other duties
  • Other tasks or responsibilities as assigned by Customer service Supervisor.

  1. 18 years old or older
  2. Graduated High School.
  3. Be able to work at shift
  4. Good health.
  5. Honesty, carefulness, patience: Ability to be an honest, careful, patient person.
  6. Persuasion: Ability to persuade others.
  7. Customer service skills: Customer service minded
  8. English ability: Be able to communicate in daily conversation.
  9. Acts with Integrity: Demonstrates responsible and honest behavior in all Parkson roles, tasks, and responsibilities
