ODI Asia is recruiting applicants on behalf of Australian Technical & Management College (ATMC) for the ‘Certificate IV in Training and Assessment ‘course in Cambodia.

The Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40110) course is suitable for professionals, tradespeople and others who are required to train in the workplace.

Completion of this qualification will enable you to educate adult learners as part of the Australian Vocational Education and Training (VET) system.

During the course you will:

  • Learn to plan and design learning programs
  • Learn to best facilitate learning and assessment for groups and individuals
  • Develop skills for effective training in the workplace
  • Gain an understanding of the Australian Vocation Education and Training (VET) sector
Program Outline:
ATMC’s specially developed √≠ntensive’5-day training program will be facilitated by an Australian trainer in Phnom Penh, in English language.

The TAE40110 course consists of 10 units of study:

Plan assessment activities and process (TAEASS401B)
Design and develop learning programs (TAEDES401A)
Assess competence (TAEASS402B)
Use training packages and accredited courses to meet client needs (TAEDES402A)
Participate in assessment validation (TAEASS403B)
Address adult language, literacy and numeracy skills (TAELLN411)
Plan, organise and deliver group-based learning (TAEDEL401A)
Design and develop assessment tools (TAEASS502B)
Plan, organise and facilitate learning in the workplace (TAEDEL402A)
Make a presentation (BSBCMM401)

Course date: Monday 28 November to Friday 2 December 2016
Location: Phnom Penh
Fee: USD 1,150 + VAT 10%
The Fee includes Tuition Fee, Enrolment Fee and Facility Fee.
Fee is to be paid in full, prior to commencing the course.

ATMC surcharge for all credit card payment=3%

As this is an ‘intensive’ 5-day delivery and flexible assessment course, participants are expected to undertake additional after-hours work.

Assessment methods include written tests, observations, projects and a third-party report. All assessment tasks must be successfully completed with 6 months of completion of the training.

All training materials will be provided as part of the tuition fee.
