The workshop aims are to enhance leadership and entrepreneurship for young Cambodians and to introduce the new diploma of Accounting and English for Business from the UK to Cambodian students who wish to seek their professional career in accounting.

SPEAKERS
CHAN Sophal, Founder and Director of Center for Policies Studies.
Prior to directing CPS, Mr Chan served as Director of Policy and Enabling Environment and Deputy Chief of Party of USAID’s Food Security Program called Cambodia HARVEST (2011-2014). He has 23 years of progressive career, mostly in analytical work with research institute (CDRI), international agencies (World Bank and UNWFP), private sector (Leopard Capital and Fintrac Inc.), and Cambodian government (MAFF). He received an MSc in Agricultural Economics from the University of London, Imperial College at Wye, United Kingdom.
Kim Heang, Founder / CEO at Khmer Real Estate Co., Ltd.
Kim Heang is the founder and CEO of Khmer Real Estate Co., Ltd and currently is also the President of Cambodian Valuers and Estate Agents Association (CVEA). He has in-depth experience in both start-up and working with fast growth innovative companies and specializes in building a company's capabilities to rapidly increase revenue, service levels and profit. With his success record in real estate business, Kim Heang stands out as a leader, entrepreneur with a proven record of managing multinational employees.
Kim Puthkiry, Founder of IDEALINK Consulting Ltd and Cambodia Mushroom Farm.
Puthkiry Kim co-founded IDEALINK Consulting Ltd. in 2012, a leading IT and business solution company in Cambodia and Cambodia Mushroom Farm with his following 12 years working experience in senior management positions in operations, logistic and human resources management, business development and performance management including Coca Cola Sabco and Levi Strauss (Hong Kong). He got his MBA in Management from National University of Management.
Pann Thida, Co-founder of apartment chain.
Thida is a co-founder of apartment chain such as Reach Prek, Pkar Chan and Tuol Sleng apartments. Before her success in business venture, she has 7 years of experience in teaching English as a second language with various universities. She got her MBA from Charles Sturt University and Msc in Education.
