Key Responsibilities:
  • Enhances commercial strategy to cellcard loyalty program
  • Analyzes and measures the return and profitability of reward effort
  • Initiates ideas and insights  to improve customer need and challenges
  • Develops key partnerships with brand and merchants to delight the target segmentation
  • Analyzes result of loyalty program to assess the impact and success
  • Performs other tasks as assigned by management
Job Requirements:
  1. Bachelor or master degree in Business or equivalent fields
  2. At least 3 years experience in business development, Marketing agency, Sales or related field
  3. Experience and understanding in managing loyalty program or CRM
  4. Good at project management
  5. Strong analytical skills both qualitative and quantitative
  6. English proficient
  7. Computer literate
  8. Be creative, dynamic and flexible
