អង្គការដើម្បីភាពញញឹមនៃកុមារ គឺជាអង្គការមិនស្វែងរកប្រាក់ចំណេញ ដែលត្រូវបានបង្កើតឡើងនៅ ចុងឆ្នាំ ១៩៩៥ក្នុងប្រទេសកម្ពុជា ដោយធ្វើសកម្មភាពការងារផ្តល់អាហារ ការស្នាក់នៅ តំហែទាំសុខភាព ការអប់រំទូទៅ ការបណ្តុះបណ្តាលវិជ្ជាជីវៈទៅដល់ក្មេងដែលត្រូវការការជំនួយ ដូចជាក្មេងដែលងាយ ទទួលរងការធ្វើបាប គ្រោះថ្នាក់ និងការរំលោភបំពាន ក្មេងដែលរស់នៅក្នុងភាពទីទ័លក្រ និងក្មេង មិនបានទទួលការអប់រំក្នុងប្រព័ន្ធដែលមានទីតាំងក្នុង រាជធានីភ្នំពេញ ខេត្តព្រះសីហនុ និងខេត្តសៀមរាប ។
អង្គការដើម្បីភាពញញឹមនៃកុមារ មានបុគ្គលិកកំពុងបំរើការងារ ចំនួនជាង៦០០នាក់។ ដោយសារភាព រីកចំរើនឆាប់រហ័សនៃកម្មវិធីដែលមានស្រាប់ ក៏ដូចជាកម្មវិធីថ្មីៗ អង្គការផ្តល់ឱកាសសម្រាប់អ្នកស្ម័គ្រ ចិត្តពេញម៉ោងច្រើនកន្លែងសម្រាប់មណ្ឌលភ្នំពេញ។

Position: HR Trainee (Volunteer Opportunity)

Responsibilities:

• Manage employee files: contract and other related documents.
• Manage employee record and update in the database.
• Coordinate visa application and extension for expatriate staff.
• Check and verify Personnel Information Update Forms.
• Make announcements about transfer & promotion, public holiday and other HR-related events.
• Support in developing PSE internal regulations and employee handbook.
• Coordinate with the Ministry of Labor and Vocational Training related to HR Compliance.
• Prepare Employment and Salary Certification Letters.
• Manage all personnel related letters and documents including employment contract, promotion, resignation, disciplinary action, termination, transfer, etc
• Communicate to staff the new and updated information about HR including various announcements, HR Policies, Processes, Procedures, Tools and Forms

Requirement

1. Fresh graduate Bachelor degree in HRM or related disciplines.
2. Sound knowledge of Cambodian labor law.
3. Good command of English both spoken and written. French is a plus.
4. Computer literate.
5. Communication and interpersonal skills.
6. Problem solving and negotiation skills.
7. Organizational skills.
