Administrative Affairs is a very crucial part for running one institution. It helps to promote the effective works and reputation for that institution and its concerned people. Thus, this training is primarily designed for employers, employees, and secretaries working for private and public sectors, who like to earn more professional knowledge of the administrative affairs and protocol for improving their capacity in enhancing golden professional carrier. In this regard, the core objectives of this training mainly focus on basic concepts of notable administrative affairs as general and on Cambodian context as particular with real cases in current use as examples.
COURSE OBJECTIVES
After this training, trainees shall be fully invested with knowledge of (i) fundamental understanding of administration and administrative affairs (ii) kinds of Administrative documents (iii) professional writing for Administrative instruments (iv) how to organize the administrative documents and office affairs (v) responsibilities of Administrative officers and Administrators, and (vi) protocol in administration such as etiquette protocol, language protocol, and medal decoration.

TRAINER PROFILE
Mr. TAING Ratana worked for the Constitutional Council for nearly 10 years. Since 2005 he was promoted to various positions: legal officer of Bureau of Litigation (2005-2009), Deputy Chief of Bureau of Legal Affairs (2009), and Chief of Bureau III (2009-2014). For now, he is working for the National Committee for Organizing National and International Festival (NCONIF) in position Under Secretary General (Under Secretary of State); Legal advisor to the Theravada Buddhist Order of the Kingdom of Cambodia; Professor of Law, Paññāsāstra University of Cambodia (PUC). He is a holder of various degrees: Executive Master of Advanced Studies in Development Studies from the Graduate Institute of International and Development Studies (IHEID), Geneva, Switzerland; LL.B and LL.M from Royal University of Law and Economics (RULE), Phnom Penh; Bachelor of English Literature from Build Bright University (BBU); and DDS from University of Health Sciences (UHS), Phnom Penh. He is also an alumnus of International Visitor Leadership Program (IVLP), the US State Department; and Intellectual Property Rights for Least Developed Countries (LDCs), WIPO-Sida. Ratana also has earned many experiences from other crucial trainings from 10 Countries in United States, Europe, Asia, and Africa.
