Recently, Mr. Yorn Malimchheng is working as Specialist of Budget Execution Division at Ministry of Economic and Finance and Board Member of Tax Professional Legal Service (TPLS) Solution. Previously, he had served nearly two years in Amret Microfinance as Assistant to CEO (ACEO). Besides, he had used to work as Administration and Finance Director at Phearum Construction Co., Ltd nearly 3 years.  In 2014, he was one of the mentors that lead Cambodia team win in the Global & WIPO Winner  on 2014 Global Enterprise program in Australia.

FINANCIAL BUDGETING FOR SMEs course is for SME’s business owners, managers who need to set and manage budgets but don't have the expertise or specific training in this area of finance. Participants need to know Microsoft Excel.
