Day-1 (PM):
Part II: Workshop: SWOT Matrix and Analysis
Split into several working groups, participants will choose an existing company (or existing product) or even reinvent a brand new one and then conduct a debate and develop the SWOT matrix. This SWOT will be later used on day-2 Workshop to develop a real BizPlan. Important note: This training outline can be tailored to cope the training needs of each customer.
Day-2: Practical session will be fully dedicated to workshop: How to develop a Successful Business Plan? Continue with the SWOT matrix from Day-1, each team will:
- Organise and structure his group to start building the Business Plan
- Define, discuss, exchange, develop the Business Plan,
- Present the Business Plan to the rest of the group
- Each team will bring their appreciations to the other team
Lyaun Hay is a Cambodian-born, Canadian citizen and trilingual business professional who holds two Bachelor degrees from France as well as an MBA from Canada. He has gained over 25 years’ experience in various senior positions across a variety of business sectors including international development consultancies in Canada, USA, Europe, Africa, the Caribbean, Asia Pacific and Cambodia. Having frequented Cambodia since 1995, Hay uses his expertise and broad knowledge of capacity building and human resources to coach participants into having a clear understanding of Cambodia’s business environment and the world’s best management practices.
