Trust Global Service has been working with customers from different industry sectors including Banking/MFI, Telco, Hospitality, Garment, MNC, NGOs, Government, and construction.  Trust Global Service is seeking qualified applicants for Senior Sales Manager

Job Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Leading Sales Executive in the same industry for any decision making or other process related.
  • Initiating and leveraging sales opportunities with the existing and prospective customer while developing and maintaining key clients.
  • Finding new customers by direct meeting, site-visiting, telemarketing and E-marketing.
  • Follow up the customers and maintaining information products with customers.
  • Coordinate with Pre-Sale for issue specification, consulting and propose to customer. Assisted with BDM/Sale Manager/Technical for offer selling price and finalized or adjusted the price by Sale Manager/CEO.
  • Prepare and follow up with bidding process.
  • Participate in industry events and conferences.
  • Delivering a high class service to customers.
  • Build up and maintaining a good relationship with customers and key customers.
  • Up-to-date of competitors information in the assigned industry.
  • Acting as the company administrator for the customer relationship management (CRM) database.
  • Developing a strong product knowledge as well as customer knowledge.
  • Directing or coordinating with marketing team in developing product.
  • Working with Pre-Sale and Sale Manager to provide ideas about new inbound/outbound market sales.
  • Maintaining a professional attitude towards customers.
  • Providing detailed updates on job activities to the Sales Manager.
  • Perform other tasks assigned by management.
Skill, Ability and Experiences:
  1. Bachelor Degree equivalents or upper degree in Business, Management, or related field.
  2. Experience at least four (4) years in Sales or equivalents field.
  3. Good in English language and Chinese language is preferable.
  4. Able to initiate or demonstrate strong personals sales to functions independently and as a part of team.
  5. Proactive and self-controlled work ethic; team-work.
  6. Able to prepare and deliver efficient customized sales proposals and presentations to professional at senior and mid-management levels.
  7. Good organizational and excellent time management skills.
  8. Exceptional skills of customer service.
  9. Superior written and verbal communicational skills.
