Job Announcement

Transparency International is the global civil society organisation leading the fight against corruption. Transparency International Cambodia (TI Cambodia) is an official National Chapter of Transparency International. The mission of TI Cambodia is to work together with individuals and institutions at all levels to promote integrity and reduce corruption in Cambodia. TI Cambodia is currently looking for exceptional candidates to fulfil the positions as detailed below:  

Internal Auditor

Remuneration:             Basic monthly salary ranges from USD733 to USD 907 plus benefits

Type of Contract:         Full time employment under one year fixed term contract (renewable)

Duty Station:                Phnom Penh Office with occasional travel to the provinces 

Starting Date:              01 July 2016

Report to:                     Director of Operations

Position Summary:
To evaluate TI Cambodia’s operations, and to contribute to the improvement of governance, risk management and control process using a systematic and disciplined approach

Essential Knowledge, Experience and Skills

• At least Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or other related field;
• At least 3 years of experience in the field of audit, institution’s risk control and management;
• Previous working experience with NGO or audit firm;   
• Experience in institution’s financial risk analysis and ability to produce concise report on the findings;
• Experience with QuickBooks and other accounting software is an asset;   
• Good proficiency in English and Ms. Office package;
• Sense of personal responsibility;
• Experience in developing interactive training materials and delivering training is an asset; 
• Willingness and be determined to promote integrity and fight against corruption in Cambodia; 
• Be committed to TI Cambodia’s core values and policies; and
• Possess an excellent inter-personal skill, be a result-oriented and creative person who requires minimal supervision
