Transparency International is the global civil society organisation leading the fight against corruption. Transparency International Cambodia (TI Cambodia) is an official National Chapter of Transparency International. The mission of TI Cambodia is to work together with individuals and institutions at all levels to promote integrity and reduce corruption in Cambodia. TI Cambodia is currently looking for exceptional candidates to fulfil the positions as detailed below:  

Fund Raising Officer

Remuneration:             Basic monthly salary ranges from USD 733 to USD 907 plus benefits

Type of Contract:         Full time employment under one year fixed term contract (renewable)

Duty Station:                Phnom Penh Office with frequent travels to provinces

Starting Date:              01 July 2016

Report to:                     Director of Programmes

Position Summary:
To plan and manage the Public Fund Raising Initiative and deliver all expected results/impacts, outcomes and outputs as stipulated in the Result Framework

Essential Knowledge, Experience and Skills

• At least Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, marketing or other related field;
• At least 3 years of experience in organising fund raising events, gala dinners, public gathering, sport events and other fund raising activities;
• Willingness and be determined to promote integrity and fight against corruption in Cambodia;
• Willingness to work as part of a dynamic team to implement the Public Fund Raising Initiative with TI Cambodia in the long term;
• Fluency in English and Khmer is considered as an advantage;
• Be committed to TI Cambodia’s core values and policies; and
• Possess an excellent inter-personal skill, be a result-oriented and creative person who requires minimal supervision.
