Transparency International is the global civil society organisation leading the fight against corruption. Transparency International Cambodia (TI Cambodia) is an official National Chapter of Transparency International. The mission of TI Cambodia is to work together with individuals and institutions at all levels to promote integrity and reduce corruption in Cambodia. TI Cambodia is currently looking for exceptional candidates to fulfil the positions as detailed below:  

Citizen and Youth Engagement Programme Manager

Remuneration:             Basic monthly salary ranges from USD 1,400 to USD 1,702 plus benefits

Type of Contract:         Full time employment under one year fixed term contract (renewable)

Duty Station:                Phnom Penh Office with frequent travels to provinces

Starting Date:              01 July 2016

Report to:                     Director of Programmes

Position Summary:
To plan and manage the Citizen and Youth Engagement Programme (CYEP) and deliver all expected results/impacts, outcomes and outputs of the programme as stipulated in the Result Framework.

Essential Knowledge, Experience and Skills

• Master’s Degree in Development Studies, Political Science, Law, Human Rights, International Relation, Social Science or other related field;
• At least 5 years of experience in managing complex projects/programmes with reputable entities, CSOs or development partners in Cambodia or the region;
• Experience in Project Monitoring and Evaluation is an asset;
• Experience working with local authority, citizens and youth at the grass-root level;
• Experience in organising large-scale events, campaigns, camps, forums, conferences and workshops; 
• Extensive knowledge and understanding of good governance and the political complexity in Cambodia and ability to work well with relevant stakeholders including the government, CSOs, DPs and donors;
• Experience in developing interactive training materials and delivering training programmes is an asset;
• Willingness and be determined to promote integrity and fight against corruption in Cambodia;
• Willingness to work as part of a dynamic team to implement CYEP with TI Cambodia in the long term;
• Fluency in English and Khmer is considered as an advantage;
• Be committed to TI Cambodia’s core values and policies; and
• Possess an excellent inter-personal skill, be a result-oriented and creative person who requires minimal supervision.
