Transparency International is the global civil society organisation leading the fight against corruption. Transparency International Cambodia (TI Cambodia) is an official National Chapter of Transparency International. The mission of TI Cambodia is to work together with individuals and institutions at all levels to promote integrity and reduce corruption in Cambodia. TI Cambodia is currently looking for exceptional candidates to fulfil the positions as detailed below:  

Business Integrity Programme Manager

Remuneration:             Basic monthly salary ranges from USD 1,470-USD 1,850 plus benefits

Type of Contract:         Full time employment under one year fixed term contract (renewable)

Duty Station:                Phnom Penh Office, Cambodia

Starting Date:              01 July 2016

Report to:                     Director of Programmes

Position Summary:
To manage the implementation of Transparency International Cambodia’s Business Integrity Programme by working with corporate clients to deliver Business Integrity Services – support for development and implementation of anti-bribery policies and procedures and delivery of relevant training.

Essential Knowledge, Experience and Skills

• At least Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Auditing, Finance or other related field;
• At least 3 years of experience in managing projects with reputable business entities or development partners in Cambodia or the region;
• Understanding of the Anti-Bribery Policy and the Business Principles for Countering Bribery is an asset;
• Extensive knowledge and understanding of the business context and the complexity of business operation in Cambodia and ability to work well with relevant stakeholders including the government and businesses;
• Experience in working with government officials and business sector
• Ability to build and maintain good communication and relationship with stakeholders
• Experience in developing interactive training materials and delivering training programmes is an asset;
• Willingness and be determined to promote integrity and fight against corruption in the business sector in Cambodia;
• Willingness to work as part of a dynamic team to implement the Business Integrity Programme with TI Cambodia in the long term;
• Fluency in English and fluency in Khmer is considered as an advantage;
• Be committed to TI Cambodia’s core values and policies; and
• Possess an excellent inter-personal skill, be a result-oriented and creative person who requires minimal supervision.
