Pour un Sourire d’ Enfant (PSE) is a non-profit organization, established at the end of 1995 in Cambodia, working to provide food, shelter, medical care, general education and vocational training to children needing support, e.g. underprivileged children; maltreated children; children living in poverty and children without any formal education. PSE has more than 600 employees and provides help to more than 6,500 children in Phnom Penh, Sihanouk Ville and Siem Reap.

PSE is seeking for competitive and capable candidates to fill various positions of Full-Time, Half-Time, Part-Time Jobs based in Phnom Penh. 

Moreover, PSE also offers to University Students, Fresh Graduates, and other Job Seekers, who are eager to gain more experience and skill and contribute to Cambodian society, the opportunities for working as Full-Time and Half-Time Volunteer.

Position: Accounting Manager

Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Manage and control all accounting operations and cash flows.
• Develop and maintain financial accounting systems.
• Manage the inventories of the Finance Department.
• Monitor and control the accounting transactions of PSE.
• Check and verify payroll to ensure that it is done timely and accurately.
• Prepare accounting report for board of director and other stakeholders.
• Prepare tax correctly in compliance with the tax requirements.
• Manage accounting and tax documents properly and confidentially.
• Participate in creating and reinforcing accounting procedures.
• Ensure documents are well-prepared and available for auditing.
• Prepare monthly and yearly financial statements.
• Lead and develop accounting team to achieve objectives effectively.

Job Requirements

1. Tertiary qualifications in accounting or finance
2. Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience.
3. Good English and French proficiency.
4. Good management and leadership skill.
5. Demonstration of high reliability in keeping privacy and confidentiality.
6. IT literate (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Internet & E-mail).

Compensation and Benefits:
Staff: Competitive salary, 13th month salaries plus a package of benefits will be provided to all staff. 
Volunteer: volunteer can also get some benefits from PSE as following: 

• Allowance of Full-time volunteer is 50 USD/month and 30 USD/month for Part-Time Volunteer; plus
• Other benefits: 24 hours of accident insurance, 50% discount for meal at PSE Lotus Blanc, …
