Pour un Sourire d’ Enfant (PSE) is a non-profit organization, established at the end of 1995 in Cambodia, working to provide food, shelter, medical care, general education and vocational training to children needing support, e.g. underprivileged children; maltreated children; children living in poverty and children without any formal education. PSE has more than 600 employees and provides help to more than 6,500 children in Phnom Penh, Sihanouk Ville and Siem Reap. PSE is seeking for competitive and capable candidates to fill positions of below based in Phnom Penh.

Student Affairs and Discipline Counselor

Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Maintain student discipline.
• Deal with student absence by dating their parents.
• Report student absence to relevant people.
• Make students request from other departments.
• Create and manage student discipline system.
• Train and develop class monitors and sub-class monitors.
• Work with Human Education Officer for solving student issues.
• Work with Social Department for having student information.
• Prepare exam list and register with MoLVT.
• Control student hygiene and classroom decoration.
• Create written rules, regulation, and procedures for school.
• Create and record student history in the student learning profile.
• Control student list and exam score.
• Teaching and doing pedagogy tasks.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor in management or education. Business administration preferable.
• One year experience related to the position.
• One year experience in counseling, disciplining, managing and planning is recommended
• Good experience in traveling and communication.
• Previous experience in team work is need.
• Be able to work with flexible schedule. 

Compensation and Benefits:
Staff: Competitive salary, 13th month salaries plus a package of benefits will be provided to all staff.
Volunteer: volunteer can also get some benefits from PSE as following:
-Allowance of Full-time volunteer is 50 USD/month and 30 USD/month for Part-Time Volunteer; plus
