Sale Supervisor (Urgent)

Green Resources Co., Ltd is the trading company that import Day Day Juice Drink from Malaysia. We are currently recruiting qualified candidates for the position of Sale Supervisor (1 position, Male).

Responsible:

• Develop the promotion plan and campaign
• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual actions plan and report
• Monitoring and arranging the distribution of promotional materials
• Resolving customer's questions about purchased products
• Coach, counsel, supervise and motivate the sales team
• Maintain and update customers database
• Handle all sales complaints to the most constructive ways
• Other tasks assigned by General Manager.

Requirements

• Bachelor degree in marketing and sales field
• Minimum 3 years experience of related experience in marketing & Sales
• Outgoing personality, outspoken, confident, and willing to travel
• Good ability to communicate efficiently with both writing and speaking English
• Good at people management, problem solving and negotiation skills
• Good computer literacy (Ms. Word, Excel, PowerPoint ...etc.);
• Hard working, motivated, and well-groomed
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with others
• Able to handle other task assigned by management
• Be able to work under pressure and independent
