East Wing Group was founded 1985 and by Mr. Tetsuji Nagata, MBA and later partnered Mr. Michael Koh, CPA of Singapore who has been in practice under his corporate secretarial and accounting firm established since 1985. Since then it has advanced into a diversified service group with business in asset management,  auditing, micro-finance, food services and corporate advisory. We operate now in Cambodia, Japan, Malaysia, Singapore and Vietnam.

CONSULTING
Leading the accounting tax and consulting service of the Group is Mr. Tetsuji Nagata, Mr Michael Koh and Mr. SAN Chankompheakwith their team of more than 30 years of hands-on advisory experience in assisting their clients operations, in different areas of business requirements. Drawing on knowledge,  skill and experience gathered over the years, our team not only perform book-keeping,  tax filling and corporate secretarial works, we are now capable of rendering merger and acquisition, IPO, restructuring, asset management tax planning,  IT consultancy,  corporate  legal and HR referrals to small and medium enterprises  and foreign establishments in the jurisdictions the Group operates.

AUDITING
Heading the audit  service of the Group  is Mr. Colin  Lee who  is currently a Certified Public Accountant in Singapore. Under Mr. Lee, East Wing Group provides auditing and assurance services for a wide range of industries for small and medium sized enterprises, multinational corporations and subsidiaries of local and overseas listed  companies and participate in multi-country  and cross border audit and assignments. Along  with  the audit  team  is Mr. SAN Chankompheak who  is currently an ACCA member and a member of KICPAA. He also co-manage  and provides auditing and assurance  services for a wide range of industries.

MANAGEMENT TEAM

Okhna Sorn Sokna,  MBA (Australia) is the Chairman of East Wing Auditing  & Consulting Co., Ltd. He is the Founder and Chairman of Sonatra Group. He currently serves as vice President of Cambodia Chamber of Commerce (since 1999)  and  First  Vice-President of the  Cambodia Chamber of Professional  and Micro Enterprises  (since 2006).He  is also a member of ASEAN Business Advisory Council  (since 2005) and Chairman  of ASEAN Business Awards 2012. He was the Co-Founder  and had been a vice chairman of Sokimex Group for more than 18 year.

Tetsuji Nagata, MBA (USA), heading asset management,  is Founder and CEO of East Wing Group, a pioneer  Japanese fund management company  investing  in Vietnam  market,  a board member  of Vietnamese listed company, and the CEO of Sonatra Microfinance PLC.

Mkchael Koh, B. Econ, MPA, CPA (Australia & Cambodia). Heading corporate advisory, he is currently holding  both as an Executive Director  of a Singapore SGX-Iisted company  in the distribution and manufacturing  industry. He is also a Singapore Metal & Machinery Association's  committee  member. Formerly, he was a CFO in a leading  Vietnamese  diversified  distribution  group with annual revenue over USD100m and a standing member to CPAAustralia Vietnam Advisory Committee.

 

Colin Lee Chia Sin is a Fellow Member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountant (ACCA) & Certified Public Accountant of Kampuchea Institute of Certified Public Accountants and Auditors (KICPAA) & a practicing member of Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Singapore (ICPAS) & a Chartered Accountant of the Malaysia Institute of Accountants (CPA) with over 12 years' experience in the areas of auditing & financial  accounting. He is currently a practicing  Public Accountant  in Singapore serving various multinational clients across different industrial field.

 

SAN Chankompheak  is an Affiliate Member of the Association  of Chartered Certified Accountant (ACCA)  and Kampuchea Institute of Certified Public  Acccountants and Auditors (KICPAA). He also earned his BA in Economics & Management as a dual program from University of Lyon II (France)  and Royal  University of Law and Economics (Cambodia). With 8 years  experience in the areas of auditing and financial accounting, he is currently a Managing Partner of East Wing Auditing & Consulting  dealing with various multinational clients across different industrial  field. Mr. SAN can comment in Khmer, English, French and some Mandarin.

Wataru Sekiguchi, MBA (USA) is an associate member of East Wing Group, heading corporate advisory with 20 years of experience in the area of principle manufacturing & agricultural sectors, dealing with various multinational/Japanese industrial clients.
