JOB ANNOUNCEMENT

Under a public-private partnership with the Royal Government of Cambodia, Cambodia Airports hold the concession for the development and the management of the Kingdom’s three international airports in Phnom Penh, Siem Reap and Sihanouk Province.

We are inviting qualified candidates to apply for position based in Phnom Penh International Airport:

Cargo Junior Supervisor (01 position)

General Responsibilities:

• Be responsible for general function of office work, administrative, customer service and supervision of Team Leader (TL), Handling Agents (HA) Team, & Document Counter (Customer Service Agent & Clerk), to ensure adherence to quality standard, deadlines, standard operating procedures, working instruction when all team perform their duties.
• Ensures that subordinates are always fully operated and maintained equipment properly and complied with safety rules.
• Always fully respect company’s rules and regulations, safety rules and wearing company’s uniform properly at the work place.
• Immediately report all irregularity cases to his/her immediate superior to ensure that the corrective and/or preventive actions are undertaken. He/she shall reports directly to Cargo Senior Supervisor.
• In charges of import, export and document section when is on duties.

Working Conditions: Working on shift (24h/7d) by following airlines schedules and warehouse schedules.

Job’s Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degrees in related field;
• Minimum 2 years experiences in a relevant field, of which 1 year airline or air-freight experience, warehouse, logistic and stock control is preferred;
• Be flexible and adapt to new changes and challenges and be able to work on shift basis;
• Be able to supervise, lead, coach the team;
• Good instructional and interpersonal skills;
• Good knowledge of English proficiency or other languages are advantage;
• Has knowledge of computer skills (Microsoft Office, Fax, Phone, E-mail, Internet);
• Passed DGR cat. 6;
• Must have valid Driving License (at least category B);
• Good professional records and recommendation from line management & seniority will be considered as a plus;
• Must have honesty, integrity, courtesy, grooming;
• Has good Customer Care attitude;
• Confident and a highly motivated person;
• Be able to work with less supervision and under pressure;
• Punctuality, team spirit, and can-do-attitude.
