Trailblazer Cambodia Organization (TCO) is a local non-governmental, non-profit organization registered in 2008 and led by Cambodian Agriculture and Rural Development specialists.  Board members, fundraisers, management team and staff have all experienced-   working with fisheries, development, chemical-free agriculture livestock and WASH sectors.

Our vision is: 'Every family will be able to live life in all its fullness”. In order to achieve our vision, TCO got its mission to contribute to the alleviation of poverty in our target areas of Cambodia and improve the overall quality of life for the families who live there.

Our values are: High degree of Commitment, Honesty, Responsibility and Respectfulness.

Trailblazer Cambodia Organization welcome volunteers locally and internationally. Just this year we have welcomed volunteers from Germany, Switzerland, Scotland and the USA to name a few! Your contribution will help this developing country to flourish and grow. Volunteers have come from a variety of backgrounds to work with us. Volunteers take control of certain areas of TCO’s work, specifically the fundraising and advertising aspects. Even without specialist knowledge of TCO’s work, your contribution is greatly required and appreciated!
