When people hear ‘risk management’ it is often a signal to change the conversation. What people don’t understand is that risk management can be the difference between success and failure. The world in which organisations operate today is volatile, uncertain, complex and ambiguous. Without a solid understanding of your risks, you will have little chance of achieving your goals.Whether your organisation is just starting, rapidly growing or mature, understanding and applying risk management principles can reduce the risk of failure and improve your chances of success. In this 1 day workshop participants will learn a simple yet effective process for identifying, assessing, managing and monitoring their risks.
