Training and Development (T&D) of Employees has been regarded as essential in improving individual employee performance and organizational success to the end. Module 1: Basics of staff training and development
Mr. Lun Dane is currently the Human Resources Manager at RMA (Cambodia) Group, who develops Human Resources Strategies such as Develops and implements Human Resources Management strategies; Policies and procedures in line with the company’s guidelines; Organization and Workforce Planning; Talent Program Management; Employee Relations; Performance Appraisal and Remuneration; Management Team. Previously, he joined CHC Limited (Microfinance Institute), Human Resource Manager, where he implemented to fulfill a broad range of HR functions, including recruiting and training employees, worked with senior management to create HR policies and procedures; recruit employees; create group benefits databases; and develop orientation, training and incentive programs. Dane was Senior Human Resource and Admin Officer at N.C.X Co., Ltd (HONDA Company), where he established and implemented sound company’s policies, rules and regulations and pro-actively and positively advises the company management. At Digital Divide Data Organization as Human Resource and Training Officer, Dane provided human resource function such as recruitment, capacity development, performance appraisal management, facility communication between departments, and other responsible for setting up the Human Resource System for the whole companies.
