Job Announcement
IDP Education (Cambodia) operates multiple business streams including: English language teaching through its school, the Australian Centre for Education (ACE), operated on three campuses in Phnom Penh and one in Siem Reap, with 13,000+ students; the national management of the International English Language Testing System (IELTS); provision of study abroad counselling services; scholarship program management; and conference, event and exhibition management. IDP is seeking a qualified applicant for One position of Logistic Assistant based in Phnom Penh.Duties and Responsibilities:
- Drafting teaching schedules for teachers;
- Arranging covers
- Managing room usage and allocation;
- Test and CD sorting and handing to teachers
- Arranging make up test for end of term test
- Making students' academic records
- Coordinating events/functions such as graduation and staff parties;
- Other tasks as requested by the management.
- A university degree is preferred;
- Previous related experience is highly preferred;
- Good command of English (both written and spoken);
- Good organisational ability, customer service skills and communication skills;
- Strong commitment to professional integrity and ethical conduct;
- Ability to work as part of a team and independently;
- Ability to work in a cross-cultural environment.
