Position:                                Senior Project Manager for Healthy City for Children

Location:                               Urban Vision Initiative, Phnom Penh

Salary & Benefit Package:    USD 848 USD – USD 1,060  per month dependent on your experience & qualifications

I. THE PURPOSE OF THE POSITION
To manage and provide excellent leadership to manage the Healthy City for Children Project team and to ensure quality programming in building a  Healthy City for children. 

II. MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Provide excellent leadership to the team to ensure the program quality and impact to the WVC strategic priorities
2. Manage the project to meet its goal, objective and expectation.
3. Build and maintain partners to collaborate for addressing issues of child malnutrition.
4. Advocate and influence decision makers and other relevant stakeholders for the healthy city for children
5. Lead project design, planning and budgeting with team and others related 
6. Ensure project is wellresourced and implemented with high accountability (monitoring)
7. Lead the staff planning and transition to the new project/urban direction  
8. Encourage innovation and initiative throughout the life of the project

III. REQUIREMENTS:

1. Bachelor degree of development management, social science or related fields
2. Minimum 2 years of appropriate professional experience in management and leadership of a comparable community development program/project
3. Previous experience in advocacy and networking is an advantage
4. Strong presentation, facilitation and coordination skills
5. Excellent interpersonal communication skill, and ability to work closely and supportively within a team
6. Proficiency in English (especially reading and writing)
7. Good analytical/problem solving with critical thinking skills
8. Good in Computer skill (MS Words, Excel and Access)
9. Commitment to and understanding of transformational development among the poor
