Trainer 

1. Hoem Seiha is a Director of Research Department at VTRUST Appraisal Co., Ltd., a former PR & Media Advisor at Vtrust Group of Companies, and an award- winning author who once served as an editor-in-chief at IT Executives Newspaper before which he had been a socioeconomic writer at the Economics Today Magazine. Today, he has produced ten major industry and market reports on real estate, transportation, and F&B industry as well as hundreds of informative and analytical news stories published on many local newspapers and magazines. 

2. Mr. Sou Sovichea, an IT Geek and Technopreneur, has been running cloud-based hosting and similar services for more than 7 years, specializing in email hosting and systems, cloud-based servers, and software developments. Until recently, his company has a 20-client base and has provided the typical services to more than 50 clients so far. In these few sessions he will introduce and provide some guidelines to email software and system for Customer Relationship Management (CRM).

Participation Guides & Requirements
In order to fully benefit from the course, participants are required, but not completely necessary, to:

• bring their laptops or Apple Macintoshes (with high speed desired; laptops have to have Ms. Office Packages installed, Outlook, Word, and Publisher required)
• if possible also bring 3G Modems or Mobile-based Internet Hotspot and flash drives
• have an email account configured on Microsoft Outlook (any version of 2007, 2010, or 2013) on their laptops or Apple Macintoshes
• have Yahoo, Gmail, Facebook and LinkedIn Accounts (create ones if you have not yet had).
• know some English
