World Vision is an international Christians Humanitarian Organization working with the poor and oppressed to promote human transformation and seek justice. Our Cambodia Office is seeking for (02) two qualified Cambodian national to fill vacant position of:

Position:                                 Senior Project Manager for Child Safe City

Location:                                Urban Vision Initiative, Phnom Penh

Salary & Benefit Package:    USD 848 – USD 1,060 per month dependent on your experience & qualifications

I. THE PURPOSE OF THE POSITION
To provide excellent leadership and management for the Child Safe City Project team and ensuring the quality of project implementation and team function to build safety city for children.
 
II. MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Provide excellent leadership to the team to ensure the program quality and impact to the WBC
2. Manage the thematic project to meet its goal, objective and expectation.
3. Build and maintain partner to collaborate for addressing issues of child protection.
4. Advocate and influence decision maker and other relevant for the safe city for children.
5. Lead project design, planning and budgeting with team and others related 
6. Ensure project are resourced and implemented with high accountability (monitoring)
7. Lead the staff planning and transition to the new project/urban direction  
8. Project innovation and initiative establish to massive impact on WBC

III. REQUIREMENTS:

1. Bachelor degree of development management, social science or related fields
2. Minimum 2 years of appropriate professional experience in management and leadership of a comparable community development program/project
3. Previous experience in delivering training, advocacy and networking is an advantage
4. Strong leadership project management
5. Proficiency in English (especially reading and writing)
6. Excellent interpersonal communication skill, and ability to work closely and supportively within a team
7. Good analytical/problem solving with critical thinking skills
8. Good in Computer skill (MS Words, Excel and Access)
9. Exhibits gentleness, humbleness, and patience
10. Willing to work under pressure
11. Willingness to travel and stay overnight and at weekend at project sites, sometimes in remote areas
