World Vision is an international Christians Humanitarian Organization working with the poor and oppressed to promote human transformation and seek justice. Our Cambodia Office is seeking for (02) two qualified Cambodian national to fill vacant position of:

Position:                                 Human Resource Coordinator for Learning and Development

Location:                                Phnom Penh

Salary & Benefit Package:     USD 552 - USD 690 per month dependent on your experience & qualifications

I. THE PURPOSE OF THE POSITION
To create the learning environment for all WVC staff learn by coordinate and facilitate the internal training that provide relevant basic skills/technical skills related to all staff which will develop his/her competencies to perform effectively that achieve WVs Vision, Mission, Operations and Goals.

II. MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES

• To develop good quality internal training curriculum and materials to meet the needs of all staff.
• To lead, manage and facilitate that enable all staff to well learn, grow and develop their relevant technical skills and have strong commitment to effectively serving the vulnerable children and the poor effectively and efficiently included conduct internal training: Basic facilitation skills, and others identified training needs
• To support leadership & management training with good communication, monitoring and relationship with all managers to developing their and staff professions.
• Ensure efficient Action learning network is Organized to capture the most significant change among staff in learning and development, disseminate on the progress and timely administration and logistic

III. REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor Degree of literature, or other relevant to training
• At least 2 years experience of training,
• Experience in managing workplace training plan, implementation, monitoring
• The ability to communicate with others in verbal and in writing for both Khmer and English
• Good interpersonal skill and ability to develop training curriculum
• Effective communication, creative facilitation with adult learning approach and other training skills.
