Pour un Sourire d’ Enfant (PSE) is a non-profit organization, established in Cambodia in 1995, working to provide food, shelter, medical care, general education and vocational training to children needing support, e.g. underprivileged children; maltreated children; children living in poverty and children without any formal education. PSE has more than 600 employees and provides help to more than 6,500 children in Phnom Penh, Preah Sihanouk and Siem Reap. PSE is seeking competitive and capable candidates to fill 01 position of Dean, School of Business (Local & Expatriate, Full-Time) based in Phnom Penh.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
Coordinate, professionalize and build a strong team in order to support the growth of our Business School to become a leading Institution in ASEAN market:
- Set up competency-based school curriculum, following the standard required by the Ministry of Labour and Vocational Training.
- Project management of business applications: Retail Shop, Green School Project, Community Service Learning….etc.
- Management of staff, administration and students.
- Partnership and Communication: Create partnerships with educational institutions; communicate internally with all services, and externally to promote the School of Business.
- Recognised degree in related fields, and at least 5 years experience in the fields of Business and Education
- High level in English; capacity to attend international meetings and presentations
- Five years experience in managing teams
- Strong business management capabilities
- Innovative
- Computer literate
