World Vision is an international Christians Humanitarian Organization working with the poor and oppressed to promote human transformation and seek justice. Our Cambodia Office is seeking for (02) two qualified Cambodian national to fill vacant position of:

Position:                                 Christian Commitment Coordinator

Location:                                Urban Vision Initiative, Phnom Penh

Salary & Benefit Package:    USD 552 –USD 690 per month dependent on your experience & qualifications

I. THE PURPOSE OF THE POSITION
To develop strategic plan and arrange for technical support to improve the capacity of the church partners in carrying out Holistic Ministry responding God’s calling with good confidence and sustainability in the journey to witness of the good news of the Kingdom God.
 
II. MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES

1. To develop inventory of skill and resources and recommend for the use to improve the capacity of church partners.
2. To plan strategically with all CC and arrange for the technical support to improve the capacity of the church partners for Holistic Ministry with high accountability and good transparency.
3. To coordinate with other church development agencies to exchange experience and build up networking system. 
4. To assist CC manager in working with all CC to link Church Partners with ADPs for good cooperation.
5. To join the prayer network with churches in Cambodia.

III. REQUIREMENTS:

1. Bachelor degree, Social Sciences, Bible school accomplishment or related field
2. At least 3 years of theological practice, church management or project management and related field
3. Good theological knowledge
4. Good in Computer skill (MS Words, Excel)
5. Effective Communication and Facilitation skills
6. Knowledge of humanitarian industry
