Pour un Sourire d’ Enfant (PSE)  is a non-profit organization, established in Cambodia in 1995, working to provide food, shelter, medical care, general education and vocational training to children needing support, e.g. underprivileged children; maltreated children; children living in poverty and children without any formal education. PSE has more than 600 employees and provides help to more than 6,500 children in Phnom Penh, Preah Sihanouk and Siem Reap. PSE is seeking competitive and capable candidates to fill 01 positions of Professional Life Trainer (Full-Time) based in Phnom Penh.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Be responsible for teaching and coaching to all students in preparatory class and PSE Institute in the course of soft skills;
• Design, develop and update the course curriculum and strictly follow the course defined;
• Facilitate and coordinate the conferences and other events by inviting different experts and guest speakers to share the experiences to the students;
• Work closely with public relation officers and other people concerned to gather information order to modify and update the course curriculum to meet the market needs;
• Develop and produce a progress report for a supervisor.

Job Requirements

• Minimum bachelor degree in Administration, Education, and other related;
• Minimum two-year experiences related;
• Demonstrate a high quality of presentation and facilitation skills;
• Be able to develop the course curriculum to fit the market needs;
• Be able to organize the conferences and organize the events;
• Be outgoing, enthusiastic and team building;
• Good Command of English or French;
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office;
• Respect and support PSE’s values and mission.
