LUXE4LESS TRAVEL CO. LTD. is the Inbound Tour Operator and Destination Management Company (DMC) specialized in Cambodia and Mekong Region destinations. Our headquarter office located in Phnom Penh, and our branch office in Siem Reap. Our company mission is to provide the most luxurious travel experience with the most affordable price to our consumers from around the world. We are currently looking for one “Operation Manager” to join our team based in Siem Reap. This position is immediately opened to qualified candidate and fairly offered for both, Cambodian or Expat who meets our requirement and budget line.

Job Requirement:
- Advanced level of English is necessary (preferred bachelor in English for Cambodian)
- University Degree in Tourism is preferable.
- Experience working in inbound travel agent is preferable.
- Reasonable knowledge of tourist sites and local suppliers such as hotels and restaurants in Siem Reap.
- Good communication and organization skills.
- Good knowledge of using email, Skype or Yahoo Messenger
- Attention to details, responsibility and flexibility.
- Self-motivation and ability to work under pressure.
Job Duties :
- Create and update booking record of all sales received from sales department.
- Monitor all booking on monthly basic to make sure all services on each booking have been booked and confirmed.
- Book selected hotels, restaurants, tour guides, transportation and other services as stated on received confirmed booking from client or sales department.
- Confirm all service back to client or sales person.
- Prepare arrival package for tour guide and driver.
- Advance payment to guide and driver.
- Inspect and update restaurants list, guides list, and transportation list.
