Good Neighbors International (GNI) is an international humanitarian and development NGO. GNI has made great strides in its mission by providing people around the world with a better quality of life. Good Neighbors Cambodia (GNC) is the field country project that has been implementing its projects in Cambodia since 2002. We are currently implementing 9 community development projects in some provinces around Cambodia with our Head Office is based in Phnom Penh. We are expanding more projects to other provinces; and to meet our rapid growth, we are seeking more candidates to join our dynamic team for positions as below:

Job description:
- Provide educational instruction in assigned subject/topic areas.
- Develop and use instructional materials suitable for verbal, auditory and visual instruction of students with wide range of mental, physical and emotional maturities.
- Evaluate academic and social growth of students, and keeps appropriate records.
- Identify student needs and cooperates with other staff members in assessing and helping students solve health, attitude and learning problems.
- Create an effective environment for learning through functional and attractive displays, bulletin boards and interest centers.
- Insure a comfortable room environment through control of heating, lighting and ventilation to the extent possible.
- Supervise kindergarten students in out-of-classroom activities during the assigned working day.
- Observe & evaluate children’s performance, behavior, social development, & physical health.
- Instruct students, adapting teaching methods to meet students’ varying needs and interests.
- Provide a variety of materials and resources for children to explore, manipulate, and use, both in learning activities and in imaginative play.
- Organize and lead activities designed to promote physical mental and social development such as games, arts and crafts, music, and storytelling.
- Instruct and monitor students in the use and care of equipment and materials, in order to prevent injuries and damage.
- Identify children showing signs of emotional, developmental, or health-related problems, and discuss them with supervisors, parents or guardians.
- Prepare materials, classrooms, and other indoor and outdoor spaces to facilitate creative play, learning and motor-skill activities, and safety.
- Prepare for assigned classes, and show written evidence of preparation upon request of immediate supervisors.
- Plan and supervise class projects, field trips, visits by guests, or other experiential activities, and guide students in learning from those activities.
- Attend all directed meetings, seminars, workshops, staff development trainings, etc.
- Keep first-aid kit close to the classroom and learn how to conduct first aid support to children who get injured.
- Keep children not to be noisy, which might disturb meetings or discussions held in the office.
- Assist with other duties as assigned or as directed.
- Certificated of Bac II or related certificated
- At least 1 years working experience on teaching
- Honest, trustworthy, hard working and willing to learn
