Pour un Sourire d’ Enfant (PSE) is a non-profit organization, established in Cambodia in 1995, working to provide food, shelter, medical care, general education and vocational training to children needing support, e.g. underprivileged children; maltreated children; children living in poverty and children without any formal education. PSE has more than 600 employees and provides help to more than 6,500 children in Phnom Penh, Preah Sihanouk and Siem Reap. PSE is seeking competitive and capable candidates to fill 01 positions of Child Sponsorship Program Volunteer (Full-Time) based in Phnom Penh.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Daily follow up with students who are at risk to drop out;
- Visit the students' homes as needed;
- Key in data into the system;
- Help to propose solution to students' problem;
- Coordinate and control students' study result;
- Do weekly plan and report to Officer;
- Other task as assigned by Officer;
Job Requirements
- Year III or IV in Social, Psychology or other related fields;
- Good command of both spoken and written English; French is a plus;
- Good communication skills with interest in working with the poor;
- Initiative and cooperative;
- Computer literate (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Internet & E-mail);
- Respect and support PSE’s values and mission.
