Hengson Asisa is young dynamic enterprise, manufacturing and import of fmcg. To meet our fast growing, we are looking for dynamic candidate to the following position:1- Sales Representative (10 positions)
Job Requirement:
- Male
- At least high school
- Honest, hardworking, strong desire to achieve, high self motivation and with good attitude.
- Experience in sales of FMCG is required
- Able to work under pressure
- Able to travel and stay in province overnight as request by company
- Have driving licenses (Van or Truck)
Job Responsibilities:
- Visit outlet and wholes regularly to sales the products to achieve monthly sales target
- Report to sales supervisor
- Daily report to sales supervisor
- Good relationship with customer
- Do other job assigned by company
2- Sales Super visor (3 positions)
Job Requirement:
- Male
- Bachelor degree in sales/marketing (graduated or pursuing).
- Able to speak and understand English would be an advantage.
- Computer skill MS office is required.
- Honest, hardworking, strong desire to achieve, high self motivation and with good attitude.
- Experience in sales and managing sales team
- Able to work under pressure
- Able to travel and stay in province overnight as request by company
- Have driving licenses (Van or Truck)
Job Responsibilities:
- Visit outlet and wholes regularly to sales the products to achieve monthly sales target
- Managing and designing sales target for sales team
- Meeting with sales team and help them to achieve daily/weekly sales target
- Daily report to MD of their team sales performance
- Creating new idea to improve brand and sales
- Do other job assigned by company
