Partnership Officer -- PSE

Pour un Sourire d’ Enfant (PSE)  is a non-profit organization, established in Cambodia in 1995, working to provide food, shelter, medical care, general education and vocational training to children needing support, e.g. underprivileged children; maltreated children; children living in poverty and children without any formal education. PSE has more than 600 employees and provides help to more than 6,500 children in Phnom Penh, Preah Sihanouk and Siem Reap. PSE is seeking competitive and capable candidates to fill 01 positions of Partnership Officer based in Phnom Penh.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

- Coordinate students' internships and job placements;

- Facilitate key relationships with existing partnerships, and build more partnerships with prospective companies;

- Contact and meet with clients to present about PSE and students;

- Participate in pubic meetings, plan and organize events;

- Build relation and promote services;

- Brainstorm new project proposals to raise some funds or create benefits for PSE;

-  Perform other duties assigned by the manager.

Job Requirements

- University degree in Economics, Business Administration or other related fields;

- Minimum two years of related work experience;

- Experience in sales, marketing, communication or public relations;

- Experience in managing team;

- Strong communication and presentation skills;

- Very good spoken and written English;

-  IT literacy;

- Self motivated, dynamic, creative and flexible;

- A strong commitment and sensitivity to poor people particularly to children and young adults;

- Respect and support PSE’s values and mission.
