Pour un Sourire d’ Enfant (PSE)  is a non-profit organization, established in Cambodia in 1995, working to provide food, shelter, medical care, general education and vocational training to children needing support, e.g. underprivileged children; maltreated children; children living in poverty and children without any formal education. PSE has more than 600 employees and provides help to more than 6,500 children in Phnom Penh, Preah Sihanouk and Siem Reap. PSE is seeking competitive and capable candidates to fill 01 positions of Assistant to Dean, School of Business based in Phnom Penh.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Liaise with management, staff, students, vendors, partners, government officials and other stakeholders on behalf of Dean
• Manage personal calendar
• Establish and maintain database
• Monitor inventory and student affairs in School of Business
• Prepare letters, presentations and reports for manager
• Recommend, implement and maintain administrative policies and procedures
• Plan, organize, attend and prepare meeting agendas, reports and minutes, and follow up decisions and/or recommendations
• Attend networking events as requested by the Dean
• Serve as interpreter (English – Khmer) or (Khmer – English)
• Maintain the strictest confidentiality when the situation warrants
• Attend training to improve knowledge and skills
• Perform other duties assigned by manager.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or other related fields
• Minimum 1 year of office administration or relevant work experience
• Flexibility and adaptability
• Interpersonal and organizational skills
• Good communication in both Khmer and English. French is a plus
• Public speaking, social and secretarial skills
• IT literate (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Internet & E-mail)
